Landscapes  Landscapes :: These works are from "Across the River" series which are from a trip I took to New Zealand..I spent a lot of time on riverbanks there, a wonderful romantic light. Seascapes  Seascapes:  Many of these paintings were inspired by the 5 years spent living on the tiny Hornby Island off Vancouver Island, surrounded by water and entranced by the merging of water, sky and sand. Ponds Ponds:  Ponds for me are all about reflection, both visual and metaphorically. Floral Gardens Flowers and Gardens, I love paintings of bouquets, they are a symbol for me of the pleasure and beauty of home life and the tradition of stilllife, the Artist garden series inspired by a moment lying in a wild garden and looking up at the sky
